THERMOFORMING
Process of forming thermoplastics at high temperatures, that is, heating a material to its forming temperature and apply force to the hot foil to push it into cavities or onto a mold, so that the material conforms to the figure of the mold, producing pieces with certain shapes. We have manufacture of own molds.
Specs:
- We produce pieces from .60x.60m up to 1.6x2.20m.
- Handling of caliber 10 up to 250.
- Manufacture of own molds.
